Plot Summary for It’s Only Life

BearCreek is a small town in Massachusetts, home to the famous high school football team the “BearCreek Badgers” and two high school sisters Blaire Buckley and Kirsten Buckley, they are totally different from one another; Blaire is all about fun, boys, cheerleading and is dating the most popular jock at BearCreek High. Kirsten is all about her friends, studying, music,art and her webcam. The two sisters have grown up together in the small little town but also had to deal with their deadbeat of a father, Jack Buckley who is known to abuse their mother Denise and also has a secret that will affect one of his daughters. We will witness the girls deal with the pressure of drugs, drinking but also dealing with sex and relationship problems or just dealing with their own emotional or psychical trauma.

Main Character’s in Depth

Blaire Buckley: Blaire is the captain of the BearCreek High Cheerleading squad, she is feisty and flirtatious. She is dating the star Quaterback of the BearCreek Badgers, Brad. She loves fashion and hopes one day she can create a clothing line with her name on it. Blaire is totally different then her sister but she loves Kirsten deeply and would do anything for her. Blaire is also obsessed with having sex but if she continues to have sex something might happen that will affect her, either her boyfriend or some random guy.

Kirsten Buckley: Kirsten’s two greatest Passion in life are music and art; she is an expect in the punk rock genre and uses her art to express the issues that play out in her life. She also loves her best friend Delilah Crawford and would do anything for her. Kirsten has her own web-show where she takes her cloths off, she also expresses herself on her podcast and tells the world what happens in her life. Kirsten will also have a habit that she does not want noone to know about and it is up to her family, sister and her best friend Delilah to help her overcome her habit.

Delilah Crawford: Delilah is the best friend of Kirsten; they do everything together and would go to the end of the earth for one another. Delilah is an extremely intelligent woman with high morals; she has never gotten a bad test grade since third grade. Delilah will find romance when she catches the eye of the high-school star QB, Brad Jacobs.

Brad Jacobs: He attends BearCreek High School; he is an athlete and is the star player of the Bearcreek football team, wearing the number 4. Football is his greatest passion and hopes one day in making it to the NFL. Brad is also dating the head cheerleader Blaire but is not happy especially at the growing attraction between his girlfriend, Blaire Buckley and the new kid at school Lucas Black, Nathan makes life at school difficult for Lucas and soon the team when he threatens to take away his starting position at Quarterback. Brad will also start to go after Delilah but he has his own agenda regarding her best friend.

Lucas Black: Lucas is kinda of a loner, new to BearCreek High. He is soon recruited by the high school football coach Wilcox. He soon threatens Brad, the star QB and then begins to threaten to steal his girlfriend away from him, when she flirts. Brad and his teammates make life difficult for Lucas and will do anything to keep Lucas off the team and not get the starting QB position. Lucas believes in the good old fashioned values of romance and honesty, and he also believes that you can find all of life’s answers in a Stephen King film or Novel. He is a keen filmmaker and also makes several low cost and amateur films, which are entered into film festivals across the country, and in some festivals his films won top prize.

Lani Underwood: Lani befriends the new kid at school, Lucas and quickly falls in love with him but doesn’t tell Lucas. She is the type of girl to keep to herself but she isn’t afraid to get into a fight. Lani is in love with her soap operas like General Hospital or Days of our lives. She is very much involved in the drama club and starred in several school plays. She is confused by her growth into a teenager and her developing feelings for Lucas. She immediately becomes jealous when the most popular girl at school, Blaire takes a liking to Lucas and steals him away from her.

Jack Buckley: Jack is the abusive father of Blaire and Kirsten; he abuses their mother but she refuses to leave him because she knows he is hurting. Jack is keeping a secret about one of his daughter that if it is revealed could ruin him and he could go to prison for a long-time. He was a great football player but when a tragic car accident happened, his life when out of control and started taking it out on his family.

Charlie Buckley: Charlie is Jack’s older kinder brother, he prefers to be called Chuck. Charlie tried his best to help Denise raise Blaire and Kirsten with Jack always at bars and out of town. He has a recurring drug problem where he uses cocaine to help him deal with the issues with his life but with help from his nieces, he overcomes the addiction.

My Issue with the writing for Stephanie?

How much i love Max and Stephanie, that is the only story Shelley has and its basically the same SHIT everyday. WTH is up with that, i just wish Ken Corday or Dena Higley would see how talented Shelley is and give her more to do then having Stephanie follow Max around all the time with the same dialogue.WOW. I kinda of wish Shelley would move on to another soap like General Hospital because they will see how talented she is, she is a great actress and what does days have her doing, the same dialogue, the same scene, following Max around, i do love Max and Stephanie but this whole story has been Stephanie propping Max, its not even a Stephanie story or Max and Stephanieits a Max Story.

i understand its Maxs turn for a big story because Stephanie had her story with the rape but it wasnt the main storyline and Shelley wasnt on 5 days a week. i dont understand if we had the Sami show last year and this year is basically the Chelsea Showwhy cant it be the stephanie show too.

If Days keeps this up, i will hope Shelley moves onto a different soap where they will appricate her more as an actress and the wonderful activist she is. For the whole month of May and June, its been the same dialogue for Stephanie, the same Storywell she was dragged into the ava story but that was like one episode.

I love Max, he is one of my fav characters but I just wish he would open up to Stephanie more, he should be lucky he has a girlfriend who cares as much as Stephanie does.

I know he says he loves her but can’t he tell everytime he gets angry or trys and pushes stephanie away, its also eatting stephanie up inside too.

Well i am tired of people bashing stephanie, telling her to give Max some space. Well she is doing what a good girlfriend would do, she is worried about him, she probably knows if Max is left in the same room with Dean Robbins, he will probably do something he would regret.

Keep it up Stephanie, i support you. Max needs you more then ever!!! Stephanie just wants to be his rock just like he was when she was dealing with her rape.

I don’t get it, Stephanie is only in 1 story, with the same dialogue, doing the same thing, propping Max while her bestfriend Chelsea is in almost every story, on almost on everyday, come on…i love chelsea and all but give her a rest. Mean while my all-time fav character is limited to Propping her boyfriend Max everyday, hell on monday from prevuze, she and chelsea talks about Max again and then it goes to propping Chelsea and Daniel(i love them) but come on, Stephanie is propping Max and now Chelsea and Daniel.

I hope Shelley tells the writers to shove it and move onto another soap that will appricate her for her amazing talent but shelley wont do that because she is really sweet and nice. She is the most down to earth girl on the planet, really nice.

sorry for my long rant but shelley deserves better for her character other then propping Max, even though i love Max and Stephanie. How about some family time with her brother and parents.

Now i feel what the Bo and Hope fans goes through with their non-stop propping of Chelsea. I hate seeing my girl Stephanie propping Max with the same dialogue everyday. I adore Darin Brooks/Max but it seems Stephanie is limited to scenes with Max/her parents/Chelsea and Morgan. How about some Sami and Stephanie scenes. Shelley wants to work with Ali(Said in a interview).

If this continues i hope Shelley tells the writers to shove it but of course i know she won’t do that because she is the sweetest most down to earth young woman on the planet. She is really nice. Hey Higley, Shelley deserves better for her character then the same freaking dialogue, the same scene everyday. She is a great actress and a rising star.

I love this Max story but its up front and the main story on Days and Max is on everyday but when Stephanie had her story with the rape, it wasn’t on 5 days a week and wasn’t the main story; hell she wasn’t even on the episode when HER BESTFRIEND chelsea was kidnapped last year.

Couples that work on DOOL!!!

Max Brady and Stephanie Johnson

I know alot of people have a problem with Max and Stephanie but I don’t. I absolutely adore this pairing, the chemistry between Shelley Hennig and Darin Brooks is once in a lifetime; There characters are not blood related, it would be a totally different story if they were actually blood related and then I would have a problem with it but considering that they do not have any blood-ties to them, in my book its ok for them to date. I don’t get some people, if you don’t like this pairing then don’t watch them…its better for everyone else for you to don’t watch them then bitch about STAX every fucking day, its really pathetic isn’t it. Plus also think this way too, if other soaps can do it…why not Days, that is just a doubled standards if you ask me. If you don’t like Max and Stephanie, then just think of this…pray that days of our lives isn’t passsions because over at that soap, they actually have incest with BLOOD related pairing. IMO, i think Max and Stephanie had the hottest love scene in Days history on april 30, 2008…I know for me that day will go down in history as a classic days of our lives moment. There was so much chemistry in the room between Shelley Hennig and Darin Brooks, they how couldn’t you not watch it…plus the song just added to the amazing scene. You anti’s can complain all the fuck, you want but in reality…its not working because days is commited to Stax which they should be and are the endgame. Days of our lives is a soap opera and i would think that a fictional tv show can go outside the realistic box–chemistry that shelley hennig and darin brooks have should not be wasted. I will continue to support this pairing and noone can do a damn thing for me to change my mine—STAX 4LIFE.

Daniel Jonas and Chelsea Brady

I can go on and on about this couple, i just love the chemistry between Shawn Christian(Daniel) and Rachel Melvin(Chelsea). There first date is already amazing and it was only just beginning for this amazing couple–if any couple can be the next supercouple, it is Daniel and Chelsea or all the fans of this couple call then DANSEA. I don’t get what is so wrong with this amazing couple, its not like they are the first older/younger relationship on days–can anyone say Bo and Hope or maybe Doug and Julie. Oh i know why people are so against them because they still call Chelsea immature, how in the hell is Chelsea immature…can’t see ask Stephanie her friend on her opinion on what dress to wear. Well I love Daniel and Chelsea and i will say it again like i did for STAX–all you antis keep bashing against these two couples because they are not going anywhere and that is not a threat…IT’S A PROMISE. Days of our lives is a soap opera, i think they can stretch the realistic box alittle but lets think about this…considering in everyday real-life, an older/younger relationships do happen…i can’t see why Daniel and Chelsea can do it ether, so that proves my point it is not the couple of Daniel and Chelsea…it just must be people hating against Chelsea, which comes to my next point; what is the big idea of people saying that Rachel Melvin looks like a teenager, well i disagree not only i find it insulting to Rachel but saying she is not beautiful enough, well that is a fucking lie because she is like the most beautiful woman in the world and she is an adult not a teenager, Rachel is 23 years old. Well now to Shawn Christian and his character of Daniel Jonas, now what in the hell is up with people calling him a dirty old man or a pedophile. Do people actually know what a pedophile is, it isn’t Daniel Jonas. Daniel is an adult, Chelsea is an adult…they both have the right to date ANYONE they want but let say Chelsea was 16 then he would be called a pedophile but Chelsea is not a teenager, she is a 21 year old adult–get over it you damn antis and stop making up such lame accuses on why Daniel and Chelsea should not be together. Well it doesn’t matter because i will continuing to love this couple even with the anti’s trying to get people to hate them, well isn’t working here.

Philip Kiriakis and Morgan Hollingsworth

I am loving this couple, manly because i am a Die-hard Morgan fan; she is one of my favorite characters on the show. To be honest this is actually the first pairing i love Philip with…i just think Jay sparks chemistry with Kristen Renton. I was never a fan of Philip and Belle, i def wasn’t or isn’t a fan of Chloe and Philip because i can not stand Belle or Chloe. I adore Morgan Hollingsworth/Kristen Renton and i think that the character of Morgan can give Philip a run for his money and keep him on his toes. I know alot of people hate this couple too manly the Phloe fans which is pathetic because they know their couple is dead or they are just being threatened because they know Phloe is dieing and Phorgan is here to stay. Well I am a die-hard phorgan fan and i can’t wait for their relationship to blossom into something more then flirtation. I loved the scene on the pier where Morgan was crying on Phil’s shoulder and she then surprised Philip with a kiss, that is going down as a classic Phorgan moment. I thought Kristen Renton was amazing in that scene and i hope the writers continue giving her great meaty scenes for her to seek her teeth into. So is everyone getting ready to aboard the phorgan express because it is here and it won’t stop running.
